Invitation and sign-in

I cannot get past the invitation screen.

1. Open the original invitation link in Safari.
2. Redeem it before signing in with Apple.
3. Use the same Apple account on the web and iPhone.

If the invitation is expired or already used, ask the person who invited you for a new one.

Apple Health

Recent health information is missing.

1. Open iPhone Settings, then Privacy & Security, Health, Vital Thread.
2. Confirm the categories you want are enabled.
3. Unlock the phone, open Vital Thread, and refresh the overview.

Vital Thread cannot tell whether you denied an individual read category; Health permissions remain controlled by iOS.

Notifications

A reminder did not arrive.

1. Confirm reminders are enabled in Vital Thread Settings.
2. Check notification permission in iPhone Settings.
3. Review the reminder time, time zone, and nutrition threshold.

Connection

The app is showing cached information.

1. Confirm the phone has an internet connection.
2. Reopen Vital Thread while the phone is unlocked.
3. Refresh before editing goals or notes that must sync across devices.

Account deletion

I want to permanently remove my account.

1. Open Vital Thread Settings on iPhone.
2. Choose Delete account and data.
3. Read the confirmation and choose Delete Account.

If deletion reports that it has not finished, stay online and retry. The server also resumes incomplete deletion work safely.

Privacy and security

I think something is wrong.

Email support with the time, app version, and a plain description of what happened. Do not attach screenshots containing health information or copy credentials into the message.
